Contractors can walk into any space, scan the code, and instantly access:
• full 3D walkthroughs of the space furnished
• cabinetry drawings + elevations
• hardware + plumbing selections
• paint plans
• finish schedules
• install notes
• designer contact info
• room-specific specs for that exact space

When you’re managing multiple projects nationwide, communication can’t rely on “I think this goes here.”

Design is creative, but the backend systems matter just as much.

This room was so fun to transform. wanted two beds in there but the window was in a weird spot. Because it was a basement window without a ton of natural light anyway, we added curtains behind both beds to make it feel symmetrical. Pro tip: you can use a double French curtain rod to hang a valence and then a regular curtain panel to simulate a cornice board
