On this day, 21 years ago, Steve and I formed Hambrecht Oleson Design over a lunch in the city. We had just left FRCH, where we were VP's and jointly ran the department store studio. We have been thru many "highs" (Grand openings, international projects, loyal and trusting Clients and Staff) and some "Lows" (9/11, 2008 crisis, Covid pandemic). But We feel so fortunate to keep doing what we love; helping people and companies make their spaces the best they can be FOR THEM. Thank you Stephen Curtis Hambrecht, for being who you are: a talented Architect, an absolute professional and the best partner and dearest friend one could ever ask for. And we carry on......
