These T-shirt quilts were made from my own kids’ shirts and hold so many special memories. 💛

Just sharing for inspiration — I’m not currently taking orders for T-shirt quilts due to limited workspace.

Hopefully one day, with a dedicated workroom, this will be something I can offer again

Shamefully, Brittany graduated in 2012 and it took me 13 years to make this Christmas quilt from her school shirts.

Owning a business/restaurant sounds like freedom, but it kept me so busy that I never had time for the things that really mattered.

When the fire happened, it really made me step back and rethink everything. This is what was left — a tote of Brittany and Thomas’s shirts I’d saved since kindergarten, all melted together and ruined.

Fortunately, after weeks of cleaning and airing them out, I was able to salvage almost all of them.

And by the way… these are just the Christmas shirts — my remaining 2025 goal is to tackle the other 30–40 shirts and try not to question my life choices. 😵‍💫 btw: watch out Thomas, you’re getting a quilt too! Yay you! Lol

And if you’re thinking about asking me to make your kids a quilt… just expect a 10–15 year turnaround. I run a very “relaxed” operation. 😅
