My antique store is permanently closed. Thanks for the memories!

Remember When...? is officially closed. An out of town dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse on everything I had left.
I'm feeling a mixture of emotions at this point but mostly excitement about the beginning of a new adventure in Arizona during the winter and the prospect of having time with my California family and longtime Montana friends during the summer.
I've been blessed to have the last 10 years with my Mom and will miss being so close to her, but I plan to visit every year and I know that her friends will keep an eye on her.
My thanks to those of you that supported my passion for "elderly things" and repurposed "stuff". It's been a fun journey!!
Follow my personal FB page and "The Courtyard Gallery on 60" too for updates on my winter home and desert escapades.
I'll be around until the last week of August, just knock.
Thank you Ritzville!!

Definitely getting thinned out in here but still alot of great stuff left and it's all 1/2 price! If you haven't been in lately, now's the time!

Hammered aluminum was very "chic" in the 50's. Often given as a wedding present. The floral designs are beautiful.

Well, here I am again. Fully vaccinated now and feeling ready to be normal!
I've been in the Arizona desert all winter and have truly taken to it. I love working my 3 days a week at "The Courtyard Gallery on 60" and being surrounded by so many artistic minds has even got me working on a project or two.
My biggest, hugest, most humongous project is starting May 20th when I begin my "going out of business" sale at Remember When...? Antiques in Ritzville, WA. Everything has to go!! The house must be emptied so it can be sold.
If you've been to my store you know it's packed with quality merchandise and full of things that are getting nearly impossible to find. Scroll through the hundreds of pictures on the FB page to get a good idea of just how BIG this is.
Dealers are encouraged to come stock up for their own stores or mall spaces. Personal collectors will be over the moon on the deals I'm making. This will outshine any estate sale you've ever been to and you'd better bring a truck to haul away the treasures.
Inside and outside, the amount of inventory is amazing so be prepared to spend some time. I hope all the things I've collected over 50+ years will bring you as much excitement and joy as they've brought me.
Moving on to my next chapter....
I will post updates and hours of operation in the next 2 weeks.

For those of you who follow my personal page, you are aware of the health struggles I experienced in California from January thru May. From a heart attack to triple bypass surgery to a GI bleed to Covid19 fears, all these experiences have led me to take a serious look at where I'm at in the grand saga of my life.
I've made a big decision (which didn't come easily) to sell Remember When...? and free myself to spend more time with my kids, grandkids and great grandkids, to live in a warmer climate during the winter months, to re-connect with old friends from the past and to have time with Mom while she is still able to enjoy getting out.
Currently I'm happy to open the store for you, just call ahead to 509-630-4369 and come shop or visit, please bring your mask!
If you know of anyone that might need a perfect retirement plan, loves old stuff and would enjoy living right in their shop, this is the answer!!
Let's talk.
I thank all the folks that have been so supportive over the last 8 plus years and I have made new friends that are in my heart forever.
I look forward to seeing you over the summer and fall. Stay safe and be well. 🏕️🚣🚵🗻🏜️🏖️

The 70th anniversary of the Mann Gulch fire is just days away. This article is informative but if you have the time, read "Young Men and Fire". You can take the tour boat trip at "Gates of the Mountains" between Helena and Great Falls to see Mann Gulch as well as all the splendor and beauty of this rugged area.
