A global supply delay isn’t stopping this install.

We’ve been waiting on window treatment fabric since January.
The delivery date keeps slipping. Latest update? July.

So this week, we pivoted.
We selected something new, in stock, and moved forward.

Our clients’ first floor will be complete. Life will move on.

Sharing incomplete project photos here because this is the reality of design right now. Delays are everywhere. Products disappear overnight. Timelines shift constantly.

The only way through it is with a positive attitude, creative problem solving, and a willingness to adapt without losing sight of the end result.

Perfect conditions aren’t coming. Good designers know how to keep things moving anyway.

We couldn’t not share this beauty.

Just in time for Thanksgiving cocktails and holiday cheer, our Modern Colonial Take Two bar is officially ready for its debut — even if the pro photos aren’t. Tucked into what was once an underused corner of our client’s traditional living room, this built-in bar is now the life of the party.

We custom designed it to sit in front of a window (yes, a window!), blending walnut and warm white cabinetry with full-height glass uppers for a look that’s equal parts cozy and elevated. Curved corners, clean lines, and a fresh take on classic colonial? Perfection.

More to come once we shoot the full space — but for now, consider this your holiday teaser. 🥂

This family lounge is officially the holiday MVP.
What started as a wide-open bonus room is now a cozy, well-zoned retreat made for fireplace hangs, competitive game nights, creative chaos (hello, crafting table), and quiet escapes to the built-in nook.

Our repeat clients trusted us to elevate this flex space—and hearing their kids squeal during the reveal? That’s our version of a standing ovation.

Wrapped in a soft blue color drench and playful art, this space now works just as hard as the parents do… while looking like a total dream.
