Designing for these sisters was such a fun and creative challenge. Their original oversized beds were competing with the asymmetrically placed windows, so we designed an upholstered, wall-to-wall headboard, then layered in drapery across the entire space to soften the lines and make everything feel balanced and cozy 🌷

You could say May’s book of the month was light on the “book”, but heavy on the walking, reading, and photographing. While in Barcelona, I was able to experience Casa Batlló and Sagrada Familia - did y’all know Gaudí didn’t have an actual drawing set for Casa Batlló and communicated his design either by hand modeling or on site instruction?? And word on the street is, Sagrada Familia will be completed in 2026 🥲
