check out textured leather marble or leather granite. It’s unlike anything you’ve seen. It’s sooooo beautiful. Leathered marble. Not polished, not honed — leathered. … become calm and happy - because your brain releases oxytocin - for example this cashmere sweater. Now they figured in studies the same thing happens in our brains, when we SEE 👀 soft texture. Seeing is enough. How cool is that? If you want to feel calm and happy in your home, I mean just go and sprinkle these cosy blankets, pillows and rugs all over … very intentional of course 😉🫶🏼 Need help? Light a candle. Turn on every lamp in the house (2700K) never just the overheads. Crack a window for a few minutes before every showing. And I would never let a buyer walk into a silent, empty room.

Because buyers don’t decide with logic. They decide with their whole nervous system — in seconds, before they’ve said a word.

Smell hits first. It goes straight to the emotional brain, before sight, before thought.

Light tells the brain how to feel — soft and layered relaxes you, harsh and flat puts you on edge.

And a room that’s too quiet feels empty in a way buyers can’t explain. They just feel it.

None of this is decoration. It’s biology. Psychology. And it’s the difference between a buyer walking through — and a buyer seeing themselves living there.
