If your cup is empty and there’s nothing left to pour, it’s time to take a well-deserved break.

We live in a world that keeps us going. Always grinding, always giving, always showing up, always on.

To say it’s tiring is an understatement — and somehow we’re supposed to do it all with a “smile, girl.”

And the reward?

The reward for holding down the family, showing up at the job, and being everything to everyone in your community… is burnout.

You look in the mirror and barely recognize the woman looking back.

“Is that me?”

“Where did my glow go?”

“Girl, get it together.”
