At the Inn on Broadway, down the stairs through the bookcase and beyond the curtain, Vanni’s comes to life. A hidden speakeasy where jazz hums and the light lingers just right. We reimagined the lower level into a warm, layered escape — velvet, brass, and rhythm intertwined. A place for cocktails, conversation, and a little mystery.

Starbucks in Fairport is now open! We worked closely with the Village of Fairport to develop a building that would fit well within the context of Main Street. This urban infill site was formerly the drive through for the historic Fairport National Bank & Trust building. The building features a large 2-story volume for the dining area, expansive glazing, and brick detailing. The large wrap around patio and neighboring Bonnie & Clyde outdoor dining area creates a pedestrian friendly corridor from Main St to the municipal parking lot.

Take a brief tour with us through the newly converted Penfield athletic facility to its renewed purpose: Durst headquarters!

This 40,000-square-foot space includes office space, training center, and warehouse. Repurposing the existing space created a unique opportunity as seen with the redesigned break room, once racquetball courts. With the advantage of the existing two-story spaces, it was critical to create connecting environments while keeping the open character alive.

As a Rochester landmark, we were thrilled to facilitate the renovation of Stevers Candies ! 🍫🍬🍭

With the updated entrance courtyard, expertly created by RPK Landscape Architecture, P.C., the tone is quickly set for a holistically inviting atmosphere. Once inside, customers can experience an open and charming retail space, complete with a custom sales counter, and candy display.
