I'm not a fan of beets, but The Mrs. sure is! She roasted these golden beets from our Sunscape Farms CSA ½ share dusting them with my MAPLE CHIPOTLE Blend after brushing on some olive oil. When they came out of the oven, she sprinkled on some coarse salt 😉

Forgot to post this impromptu slow- cooker Summer "Stewp" (stew🤷soup) we had last week with some Salty Bread.
A pound each of ground beef and pork, crushed tomatoes, lots of fresh garlic, Niblack smoked sweet paprika and our Sunscape Farms CSA ½ share cabbage, zucchini and candy onions 😉

Roasted Chicken rubbed with my CAJUN OBSESSION Blend and Cornbread Stuffing (pic and recipe in Comments) with homemade chicken gravy! 🤤
We made 2 boxes of JIFFY Mix. Next time, I'd add a can of drained corn or 1½ C cut off the cob, and sauté with the veggies 😉
