"I decided to get a quote from Window World after a friend gave me a good reference. The sales person was a very nice guy and helped me understand my choices, but what I liked best about the sales process was that he didn't push me at all. He gave me the information and let me decide what I wanted to do. I don't like the pushy sales people that stick a pen in your hand and try to talk you into a commitment before they leave. He was not like that at all. During the installation process they covered my stuff up. When I got home from work I walked around my house trying to find screws, garbage, or any evidence that they had been there and I couldn't find anything. They cleaned up every little thing. My windows look good, they're easy to open, and they are well installed and well insulated. Usually, when you pay less you get less, but I don't feel that way at all regarding my Window purchase. I can't think of anything I didn't like about working with Window World."
