Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to bring our Customer Service team together from across all of our offices for a full-day workshop at our Rochester location. It was a great chance to connect in person, strengthen relationships, and focus on the work that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

The day was focused on collaboration—team building, reviewing and refining our processes, and having honest conversations about where we can strengthen inter-departmental communication.

Customer service is often the hub that connects every part of an organization. When communication is strong and processes are clear, it allows teams to work more efficiently and ensures a better experience for our clients.

Great conversations, great collaboration, and a lot of good momentum coming out of the day. Grateful have a team that’s always looking for ways to improve how we work together and how we support our clients.

Last week, our Syracuse team collected 4,000+ items for the IIDA Syracuse City Center annual food drive, with donations supporting the Foodbank of CNY. 🍎
Together with our local design community, we contributed to an incredible effort—7 pallets, 2,696 lbs of food, and $1,700 raised!

We're proud to be part of such meaningful impact 🧡💚

This past Tuesday, our team at Sedgwick Business Interiors took part in 's Global Day of Purpose — a company-wide initiative where employees around the world give back to their communities.

This year, we partnered with to clean up litter and care for our local neighborhoods. It was a great reminder of the impact we can make when we come together with purpose and pride in the place we call home.
