Irondequoit voted to approve a 93 unit multifamily apartment complex near Hudson Avenue this week. The area was listed as one of the most competitive housing markets in the US recently in part due to supply shortage. We are excited to see it move forward and help address the need.

We had the best groundbreaking ceremony for Friendship Children’s Center today. It was the caterpillar kids doing all the digging. FCC has been providing childcare in Rochester since 1926. The new activity center will include a 1,250 sq. ft. indoor space for children to bike, run, and play during the winter months.
