All hands—and vans—on deck today! 🐧

Commercial work isn’t our everyday focus, but this customer has trusted Perfect Temp for 22 years. When we have the opportunity to go above and beyond for a longtime customer, our whole team shows up.

Ken is getting his safety vest on while Jace and Kyle work on disconnecting the old HVAC system so the roof can be redone. The fleet is lined up—and we get to use a crane! 🏗️ It’s not a typical day at Perfect Temp, but it’s definitely a fun one.

Meet the owner!

Hi, I'm Ken!
I've been in the HVAC industry for 36 years, and I still enjoy helping people stay comfortable in their homes just as much as when I started. With decades of experience, I focus on making sure systems are done right and built to last.
Outside of work, I like to stay busy--whether that's rock hunting, going on cruises, or catching a good concert. I also enjoy grilling and smoking meats, especially when it brings family and friends together, and I've always been a fan of baseball. I follow the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners and enjoy keeping up with local teams.
At home, we have dogs and chickens, and I'm married with three kids. My daughter works here at Perfect Temp, one of my sons is in rocket science, and the other is serving in the U.S. Navy.
I look forward to helping you and making sure you're taken care of.

Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Happy 250th birthday, America!

We really could not have asked for a more beautiful day to celebrate. The weather is perfect, and I am so thankful for a day to slow down, be with people we love, enjoy the sunshine, and make memories together.

Today has me feeling grateful for the freedoms we have, the people who have sacrificed so much, and the gift of living in a country where we can keep hoping, growing, and doing better together.
