With a heavy heart I'm putting my wonderful food truck up for sale. Running a specialty restaurant solo while also managing a full time position elsewhere has taken a huge toll on me. I did not anticipate the huge success of this side passion project, and have reached my capacity to carry it forward. I hope she can land in good hands to a happy buyer. reat food truck, all set up and ready to make money! Tires are BRAND NEW! Includes a commercial 4 compartment sink with faucets, water heater, gray water and 2 fresh water tanks (cold & hot runs great!). Stainless steel shelves & counter tops, microwave and small ventilation hood. Brand new 8 compartment prepping fridge with built in cutting board. Hydraulic lift in back side door for easy in and out generator lift to keep generator safe. 50amp breaker box with 50amp RV plug and power cord. All plugs are 120 except 2x 220 plugs that were changed over for European crepe burners, can be easily converted back over the 120. 2 new engine batteries. Cab AC was just repaired & runs great! Everything else works as it should! Truck runs great. Includes serving window & there’s an outside flip up stainless steel counter included that can be reinstalled. Willing to throw in to go containers, bleach buckets, equipment and accessories as needed.

Brand new DuroMAX XP16000IH portable generator available for separate purchase. I also have 2x Champion 5500W generators available as well. Crepe burner grills are sold separately.

This summer, Gratitude Bistro will have a very limited schedule before closing its doors for good at the end of August. We plan to finish our already scheduled events as promised, and these events will be posted as the weeks come, so stay tuned. Our first event of the summer will be at Skydive Chicago's Summerfest in Ottawa, IL. Stop by if you're in the area! We'll be bringing back our made to order sweet & savory crepes and specialty tacos! Gratitude Bistro Tacos are coming back! For a limited time we will be serving up our 5 signature tacos and a bonus quesadilla option.

Serving up our:

●Breakfast Taco (I Am Present)● with scrambled eggz, melted cheddar, impossible sausage, spinach, mango salsa, topped with our homemade sweet & tangy dijon sauce and served on a corn tortilla.

●Tofu Taco (I Am Loved)● with pesto, gooey mozzarella, sesame- ginger tofu, spinach, mushrooms, pico, homemade crema sauce and served on a corn tortilla.

●Spicy Sausage Taco (I Am Successful)● with mozzarella, spicy impossible sausage, spinach, mushrooms, Mango salsa, drizzled in our sweet & tangy sauce on a corn tortilla.

●B'ef Taco (I Am Complete)● cheddar cheez, seasoned ground be'f, kale, pico, and crema sauce on a corn tortilla.

●Mushroom Taco (I Am Nourished)● pesto, melted mozzarella, dark leafy greens, sautéed mushrooms and topped with our homemade creme sauce on a corn tortilla.

●Quesadilla (I Am Cheesy)● corn tortillas stuffed with melted cheddar & mozzarella and grilled to perfection. Add any extra toppings of your choice!

I found all these great photos of Brad Lauman and thought I should give him a shout out for his support of Gratitude Bistro since day 1. From working in the food truck, to lending me his coolers, wearing Gratitude Bistro merch, letting me test recipes on him and for always eating my food with a smile. You're the best Brad!! (& Dina too, I have photos of you to share in your own post!)

The Meatless Meetup at Gratitude Bistro was full of fun, good food, and great people (over 30 attended!), including a group of five who drove all the way from Chicago to try it out! The “I Am Satisfied” Lasagna was hearty and delicious; the “I Am Layered” 7-Layer Nachos were crispy and cravable; and the “I Am Courageous” Curry and “I Am Meant To B” Brownies were flying off the shelves. Special thanks to Tina, Deb, and Our Savior's Lutheran Church for being such great hosts, and to everyone who attended for making #16/21 on the Vegan Chef Challenge “Challenge” such a hit!
