As someone who has struggled with depression and who has been on the edge a couple times, my heart is heavy.
There have been times where I have been in such soul crushing agony because of outside influences. Due to circumstances and situations.
I had allowed it to rip my soul out of my chest and crush me.
Until I refused.
I got up, changed my situation and saved myself and my kids.
No matter how devastating it seems, and endless amounts of tears and despair…it is worth staying and proving them all wrong.
You are loved. You matter. You are needed. Please stay.
