This mid-century gem got the full treatment: a hand-painted woodgrain top, a hand-rubbed wax chalk finish, and polished original brass. The perfect statement piece (and record holder!).

Dan’s Creative Corner is officially back in the workshop. My passion took a little timeout, but like any good piece of furniture, I just needed a bit of a reset to come back stronger.
I’m moving at my own pace, but the creativity is flowing again. Here’s a little taste of what I’ve been working on—this sage green octagon table is starting to find its soul. From the rich faux leather top to the black inlay and brass accents, she’s becoming something special.
She isn't quite ready for her full debut yet, but consider this the official 'coming soon.'

Calling all flippers and creatives - I need your genius ideas. I scored this piece for free and it's my first project in over a year since life got crazy and I had to ditch my business and awesome workshop. I've decoupaged the front of the drawers with vintage newspaper ads and clippings - it's a work in progress. I'm painting the rest of the body black, but I'm stuck on what to do with the inside when it flips down and those boring drawer handles - crystal k***s might be the way to go. I'm hoping to flip this thing and make some cash.

Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated!

This is vintage and authentic wooden and wire cage estimated to be from around 1890 ! This vintage bird cage with a dome has a beautiful Victorian design made of wood and wire, with a brown color that adds to its antique charm. It features a front entrance and a single compartment, perfect for holding your feathered friend or as a decorative piece. The tray at the bottom makes for easy cleaning and there is no assembly required.
