I'm so excited for tomorrow! Are you? You should be!! Tomorrow is the opening day for the Northeast Rockford Farmers Market from 9 to 1! I'm proud to be a vendor there again every week this summer. And I'll have some wonderful new and returning products!

First up is my brand new VANILLA BEAN PASTE! A luxurious ingredient that elevates any baked good, it particularly shines when used in a vanilla-forward application like ice cream, custard, pudding, or creme brulee. Made from whole organic Madagascar vanilla beans and a couple other simple ingredients, vanilla bean paste is a thick, syrupy liquid you use in a 1:1 substitution for vanilla extract in any recipe. It gives you all the delicious vanilla specks that elevate both the visual and taste of your dessert.
