On Thursday (8/13), CEO Stephen Nelson, Architectural Designer Jonathan Kaye, and Interior Designers Kacie Mescher and Julie Williams joined the DeKalb Park District in celebrating the ribbon cutting of Hopkins Park Pool in DeKalb, IL!

Designed to welcome up to 1,000 guests, the new aquatic facility features a combination zero-depth, leisure, and lap pool, splash pad, and four water slides. Our team also transformed the 50-year-old facility with new site infrastructure, renovated locker rooms, improved access and circulation, wayfinding and signage, and updated furnishings.

The adjoining Community Center also received first-floor renovations, including an expanded lobby, Guest Services, dedicated restrooms, and a Bridal Suite serving the Terrace Room.

We congratulate the DeKalb Park District on these exciting new public amenities and look forward to the generations of memories to be made by swimmers young and old!
