We have two more proposals for permanent lights tomorrow. One wants our professional lights and the other has Govee lights they want us to install. We have been staying very busy providing so many estimates lately.

Today we provided another proposal for permanent architectural lighting for this beautiful custom home in Lincoln.

Nearly 30 years in the cleaning industry, and 16 of those years owning my own business.

A lot has changed over that time — equipment, products, technology, marketing — but one thing hasn’t: I still genuinely enjoy the work and the people I get to serve.

I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many great customers over the years, many of whom have trusted me in their homes again and again. That trust means a lot to me.

Owning a service business isn’t always easy, but I’m grateful that after all these years, I still enjoy getting out there, doing the work, solving problems, and taking care of my customers.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Cleaner Choice and trusted me with your home over the years. I truly appreciate it.

I’m trying not to tear up as I write this. I was cleaning the dryer vent for a new customer in El Dorado Hills, the husband was laying on the couch recovering from a recent surgery, I was talking with the wife and found out it the surgery was because he had non-hodgkin’s lymphoma. As I was wrapping things up I felt they were going to be the family I donated Christmas lights to this year. As I was sharing this with them you could just see how much it meant to this family that has a 4 and 7 year. The husband sat down and started looking at his phone, looked up and said he just received an email that he was cancer free!!! We all teared up, I have never experienced something like that.

The difference between Govee Pro lights vs Professional Permanent lights. With Govee your lights are every 16” and with our professional permanent lights they are every 8”. With Govee you have hot spots/cones all over your home and professional lights you receive a a wash of light. What do you prefer?

Our client was not sure what they wanted to go with this year for their Christmas Lights. They were debating either multicolor or warm white. We sent them what their home would look like with either to help them make a decision. Which one do you like more?

Another busy day as we get closer to the holiday season. Today we cleaned carpets for a repeat client and then provided 2 Christmas Light estimates and a Govee Permanent light estimate. The beginning of November is starting to fill up with Christmas light installations but we can install permanent lights year round. We have three great options for you.

We were out taking care of a dryer vent cleaning for one of our clients when they noticed that we also install Christmas lights.

They asked, “Do you install permanent lighting too?”

Absolutely.

We were able to take a look at the home and provide them with an estimate on the spot for permanent exterior lighting.

That’s one of the advantages of working with Cleaner Choice — we’re already helping homeowners throughout the area with multiple services, and sometimes one appointment turns into an opportunity to take care of something else on the list.
