I AM A DESIGNATED DROP OFF LOCATION FOR THE TOWN OF SEARSMONT, ROBBINS LUMBER FIRE. WE ARE ACCEPTING DONATIONS OF GIFTCARDS FOR GAS OR GROCERIES OR MONETARY GIFTS FOR FIREFIGHTERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. WE HAVE 4 OF OUR SEARSMONT VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS IN PORTLAND. OUR TOWN IS SETTING UP A DESIGNATED FUNDRAISING SITE, SO THAT MANY PEOPLE CAN DONATE WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT GOFUNDME OR WHO IS LEGITE AND WHO IS NOT. Today at 11:06AM Robbins Lumber had an explosion, this is considered a Mass Casualty event. Fraternity General Store has donated all of their bottle water. If anyone would like to donate Items to the firefighters You can drop it off at Generations Antique Mall on Rt 90. I live in Searsmont, I live 1.5 miles from Robbins Lumber. Anything will be helpful. I am here until 5pm today!!

We are open today! Rt 90 is closed Camden side to Meadow St (lights at Rockport Diner). We do have power. So if coming from Camden rt 1, you must take Mechanic St to Meadow to bypass accident on Rt 90. Please be safe!!
