The Mizzle is in the hizzle!😂
(Mizzle is the Farrow and Ball color😉) She’s come along way…chipped feet, deep lines on her face, gold painted dirty nails. Thanks to Bondo, sanding, soaking in vinegar and scrubbing with Bar Keepers Friend(video coming), she’s looking fine once again and went home today!! 🙌🏼

Christmas in July!!! My customer saw a photo….so we recreated it! Upper cabinets painted in Swiss Coffee, a fab creamy off-white colormatched in Novalk by Timberlane Finish Solutions. Lower cabinets refreshed in a custom mix of General Finishes Gel Stains from Run Market. What a difference!!

Smart AND Sexy…I’ve been asked to use this color a few times lately and I’ll be honest, at first I was skeptical but WOW, I’m loving it! This is the warmer, more mature version of maroon (less blue) and it really is a fantastic neutral!!

Hey, Wood (Wakefield)…this is what you look like without your stain on. 😬
Yes, I hate stripping and yes, I stripped this so it flowed better with my customer’s decor.
I’m sure some of you are thinking “the Heywood Wakefield Sculptura Highboy dresser is worth upwards of $2K in its original condition”
But
it is SOLID wood so she can have it stained/painted/whatever 20x’s times if she wants. The original solid stain hid the color variation and the grain which is quite lovely on the sun. I’m sure this sculptural classic would look amazing in any color. 😉
