So pleased with this Main Bath & Closet transformation: What was once cramped, overstuffed and dated has become a Sanctuary. Lack of square footage made us think vertical: By raising the closet ceiling to the roofline, we gained 2 feet of height for seasonal storage. Taking inventory of our clients’ His/Her storage needs dictated different build plans for each side of the closet. Both got cool push-to-open shoe drawers, though! We also moved the closet wall out 2 feet, eliminated the never-used corner whirlpool bath and formerly cramped bath closet, and ultimately provided more spaciousness for the new vanity, makeup & shower areas. A gorgeous linen tower provides much more storage than the old closet ever did. Because of all of the smart space planning, we dubbed this one “Beauty & Brains Bath!”

A Kitchen or Bath update ALWAYS adds to a home’s enjoyment and value. We have a really beautiful bath & closet getting photographed this week!

So I thought I’d say, “Hi!” I’m extremely grateful for every woman in design & construction that have become integral to my professional and personal life. Those who continue to elevate one another in a traditionally male-dominated field. Those who continually cheer and celebrate. We bring a unique perspective and skill set, and we’re better together.

Fun spaces should have fun entryways! 🖤 This Lower Level family space, dubbed Lake Quivera Social Club, definitely has a fun one! Custom powder-coated steel railing, one of our fave wall coverings, and a striped runner all say,”Get ready to have a good time up in here!”

Before & Afters of the Showhouse Speakeasy. Every area was redesigned for function & flow, code & comfort—providing plenty of places to both relax and play. Historic Renovations require sensitivity, and conscious respect for the history the home. Only historic paint colors & the most thoughtful details were used to polish up this popular hangout for the next 120 years!

Thank you to my partners & .hardware for helping pull this space together to win a award for Historic Renovation.

The best part is, the family loves it & has hosted many parties already with more to come! Keep those party pics coming! I love bringing joy through design. ❤️
