I’m so in love with this cooler air and low humidity!!
Praying it lingers longer.🙏

If there is one thing I cherish the most next to my kids and grandkids ; it’s my Bible. Without it, I would be like a lost puppy.

It used to be intimidating to pick it up and read it in my newness as a follower and believer of Christ Jesus. Overwhelming at times, I might add.

As I read it and studied it more: God’s Word seemed to leap from the pages and fill me with a warm feeling of love and belonging. That was Holy Spirit moving in me because I was connecting one on one with God.

My Bible and I are besties for sure! Inseparable actually. It goes where I go, even beside or near me in bed. Why?

It calms me and keeps me grounded. The Word has power. God’s Word has power.

Life changing power.

Friend, if you haven’t read your Bible much lately, let me plead with you to dust it off and just pick somewhere in it to begin. Let God speak to you. Let His Word guide you. Let His Word lift you out from doing life alone. Cherish His Word.

His Word is the water of Life for you…without it you will wither on the inside from trying to do things your way instead of His way.

God’s Word is Life!!!

Such a cool surprise in the air this glorious morning!

Have you been lonely? Felt unseen and not needed?

El Roi, God who sees us, has never left you.
El = God
Roi = shepherd, seeing, looking

He sees your struggle and feels your pain. He knows your broken heart. He sees your loneliness.

“Is there any thing too hard for the Lord?”
Genesis 18:14

Whatever is dragging you into that low place; God can take it away!

God, our Shepherd, sees all that goes on with His children. He knows. He feels. He loves you.

Step back into His arms and know that you are not alone and that you are loved!

Overcast yet so very pleasant, thank God above!

Who can tell me the shortest chapter in the Bible?
❓⬇️❓

It is small but packs a 🤜 punch!

I challenge you to find it and read it.

Isaac Watts eloquently puts it into a poem:

From all that dwell below the skies,
Let the Creator’s praise arise;
Let the Redeemer’s name be sung,
Through every land, by every tongue.

Eternal are Thy mercies, Lord;
Eternal Truth tends Thy word;
Thy praise shall sound from shore to shore,
Till suns shall rise and set no more.

Good ole Paul reminds us in Romans 15 to glorify God for His mercy and to sing unto His name! 🙌🏻Praise the Lord, everyone! 🙌🏻 He goes on to emphasize that God is our God of hope and fills us with all joy (His joy) and they we may abound in that hope through the power of the Holy Spirit!🙌🏻

That is a 1-2 punch 🤜!!! God is our hope and our JOY! He endures forever!

What do we usually do when we are over-joyed with something…. We smile, laugh, scream, shout, jump up and down, sing!!!

Our sunrises and sunsets and the all between time should be filled with our Joy! His Joy!!! 🎶🙌🏻💃

God’s mercy and Hope endures forever!!!!! PTL! VIJ!

Good morning beautiful friends!💙🪴🐾📖☕️
It’s a glorious day and I’m gonna be piddlin’ around the yard and in my craft/stash sheds today!

As I piddle along today in the quietness and sounds of nature; I will be worshiping the Lord as much as I can.

Why? Because He has done so much for me!🙌🏻
I can never repay Him but I can be gracious and thankful. So worship it is!💙

What’s the simplest way to worship God?

4 words:

I LOVE the Lord!❤️🙌🏻

Psalm 118 starts out with those 4 simple words of worship.

Here are just a few reasons why we love the Lord;
✨He is gracious
✨He is righteous
✨He is merciful
✨He preserves
✨He restores
✨He is our helper
✨He gives us rest
✨He is our Deliverer
✨He is our Redeemer

The list could go on and on.
So as you go about your day, give God your praise and worship. Tell Him you love Him!
