I am delighted to report the completion of the 1970 Ford F100 truck bench seat reupholstery project for Mike & Jamie. The final product has met my expectations, and I invite your comments. To achieve this result, the seat was stripped down to its steel frame, sanded to remove rust, treated, primed, and painted. New Flex-o-later springs were installed, and any worn-out seat foam was replaced. The new covers are made from marine-grade cream white vinyl, and the inserts feature 2-inch wide sewn pleats crafted from Boltaflex Blue Nile vinyl, provided by Rex Pegg fabrics in Tacoma, WA. To give it a distinctive look, silver T135 thread was used on all pleats and top stitches, adhering to the original design and patterns of the factory Ford seat. I appreciate the opportunity to have worked on this project and look forward to Mike & Jamie's participation in the Graffiti car show in Roseburg this July.

I completed reupholstering this 1965 Dodge D100 truck bench seat for a wonderful customer, By the Sea Home and Gardens, in Bandon, Oregon, for the owners Bobby & Lila.
It was fun to work with them through many calls, text messages, & pictures to come up with the design, colors and materials. And boy did they pick well!! I was very pleased with how the seat came together.
I stripped the seat all the way down to the steel frame, then sanded all rust off, treated and primed & painted the frame. Then I installed all new Flex-o-later springs and added all new seat & seat back areas with high density foam. I then got to work and made all new covers using Re*****on Crow (Black) leather grain vinyl from my supplier Keyston Bros. The insert fabric is a very durable black with 1.75” wide sewn pleats. We also used black cording on all seams to make it look like an original factory seat.
The customer took inspiration from another seat I did, a 1978 Ford. See pictures below.
Thank you for allowing me to do this job for you Bobby, Lila, and Austin.

Just this weekend I finished re-upholstering these semi-truck seats for a wonderful customer of mine Tyler owner of Tyler Picknell Trucking of Roseburg Oregon.
I upholstered these low back bucket seats using Naugahyde RU900 Rogue Flint light gray colored vinyl along with a Peterbuilt light gray fabric on the inserts with sewn in singe stitch large diamonds. I also added 1” of memory foam on the seats to add that extra touch comfort for the drivers.

I have been making lots of Diamonds lately.. that is sewing lots of diamonds into seats and door panels completed the front & rear seats along with the door panels, rear side panels and sun visors using a heavy duty Cheyenne rustic, artisan leather looking green pine needle color vinyl from my supplier Keyston Bros on this 1974 Dodge Charger for a wonderful customer of mine. Thanks for the opportunity Mike.

I recently had Steve Simpson owner of Cosmetic Automotive Reconditioning in Roseburg, OR, work on my new/used 2006 Chevy Silverado truck, and I couldn't be more pleased! Steve uses precision metal sculpting to remove imperfections through controlled pressure manipulation. His use of specialized LED lighting allowed him to see even the slightest flaws, and he truly made the panels look brand new again.

The reupholstering of these low back semi seats was a new experience, involving the addition of 1 inch of memory foam to the original seat foam's top side. Our customer chose to incorporate diamond stitching into the fabric inserts, complemented by an attractive blue leather grain vinyl. I appreciated the experience and extend my gratitude to Tyler.
