Our family has undergone a significant transition in terms of dietary needs. Between requiring anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, as well as whole grains, I have developed the skills to balance these diverse needs and create a wide range of dishes. I am excited to share some of these creations at the upcoming market, where I will be offering sourdough English muffins and bagels, gluten-free cookies, gluten-free and dairy-free muffins, and whole wheat sandwich breads. I look forward to seeing you at the market soon!
