Inspired by and positioned at the intersection of nostalgia and aestheticism sits AHundredYardsOver, a new vintage shop on Etsy! Our shop will provide a selection of vintage items including men and women's apparel (including outerwear), old and/or out-of-print books, jewelry, bric-a-brac, bags/purses/briefcases, home goods, kitchen accessories -- basically anything -- that throws you back to the 2

0th century (and sometimes, even earlier!). Our store is named for a 1961 episode of The Twilight Zone called "A Hundred Yards Over the Rim," in which two sets of main protagonists -- each living in different centuries -- interact after one of them traverses a desert cliff, and in doing so, brings the past to the present and the present to the past. AHundredYardsOver aims to do the very same, while subtly reminding us that the best of America's past is never too far beyond -- or, behind -- our reach.
