This is what I have to show for several weeks of hard work!

No beautiful after photos.

No transformation reel.

No how-to post.

Just my dirty drop cloth with 6 risers blocks!

I just finished a commissioned dining table and 6 chairs.

The chairs were finished first and picked up. My client will have the seats recovered.

I then moved to the table.

To say it was a long process is an understatement. Sometimes projects don't go as planned. Part of the process is rethinking options and coming up with a new course of action. I did this while knowing I was under a tight deadline.

My clients were leaving for their summer home. The table had to be completed before they left.

Late nights.

Early mornings.

A lot of apply product and come back 6 hours later for the next step.

I finished just in time to deliver the table to their storage unit.

I then came home and realized I never had time to take any photos. In the stress of making the deadline I never thought about photos.

So... this is my only proof of several weeks of hard work... Where the feet of the table were, sit 6 risers on a dusty drop cloth.

Of most importantance, my clients were thrilled with their table! 🎉
