Come check out Roswell Seed’s inaugural chile roast! 🌶️
We roast chile the proper way—so it stays meaty and the skins peel right off. Come enjoy the amazing aroma, grab some fresh-roasted chile, have a cold b**r and dig into great food from two of our favorite local spots Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro elpollobravonm

Come hungry, support local, and celebrate chile season with us! 🌶️🍻
