Let’s call this way back Wednesday 😊
Competition used to be a huge part of my life. Each year waiting to see what the artwork would be for the Jim Treadaway Cup an Interpretative Art design competition held at each year!

What an honor to compete. The trophy as a young designer it was just everything to think of winning it! Following in the footsteps of amazing designers that I had admired.

Passion for floral design is much different that the work of daily creating beauty. It is challenging yourself and understanding failure can be the greatest teacher.

So here is to my first winning Treadaway cup piece from 2011.
And to the designers that inspired me to enter and compete!!
