Guess where we got the art and the brass rail from? They’re from different places that are pretty unexpected for the impact they We love mixing high and low. We invested in handmade tile from Riad Tile, then layered in a Facebook Marketplace art find and an Amazon rail.

Honestly, the time crunch we had led us to some of the most cost-effective and best options.

And that mirror in the entry 😍 it’s my favorite thing in the entire home. It came from ANTIQUES & VINTAGE TEXAS. We originally planned it for the guest room, but it was too good not to be the first thing you see when you walk in.

Since I shared Mom’s home tour last week, we’ve gotten so many questions about how we hung the platter on the basket!

The basket has actually been on the dining room wall for a while—we originally hung it with a small nail through the weave. To add the platter, we placed a second nail in the center (you can see me pointing to it here) and used a metal plate hanger to secure it to the basket.

This little vignette—and so many others—were beautifully layered into Mom’s home with help from Stephanie Benedetto. You can see it all in our latest video!

Mom’s laundry room finally got the character it needed. We found this wallpaper from Love vs. Design and knew it was the perfect addition. Love vs Design is great because you can customize the colors of each print: The view from the kitchen is a new favorite.

As we kick off a fresh month, I thought it’s the perfect time to share this guest room refreshed. The walls are Sherwin-Williams smoky blue (SW 7604). This color made the perfect backdrop for the collected art gallery and display of hats over the bed.

So many of you asked for slower views of Robin’s home… and I completely understand why. 🤍

Every room feels collected instead of decorated. Nothing is overly perfect, but everything feels intentional. The layered antiques, soft colors, beautiful light, fresh flowers, books, and all of the little details make it feel like a home that’s been loved for years.

It’s the kind of house that reminds me why I always encourage clients to invest in timeless pieces and collect slowly. Homes with soul aren’t built in a weekend—they’re created over time.

I hope you enjoy this little tour as much as I enjoyed walking through it. 🤍

We’re still smiling from this weekend. 💜
Thank you to every single one of you who came out to the warehouse sale — and a special thank you to those who drove hours to shop with us. Meeting you in person and hearing your stories is the best part of what we do, and we don’t take it for granted.
We also have to brag on our vendors for a minute. Stephanie from Blooming Ivy Lane, Robin, Julie and Michele of Vintage Home poured so much into this sale — weeks of sourcing, hauling, and styling every vignette so it felt like walking through a beautifully layered home instead of a warehouse. If a corner stopped you in your tracks, odds are one of them fussed over it until it was just right.
