May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
This month is a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health. The truth is, so many people are carrying struggles you can’t see — anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, and stress. You are never as alone as your mind may tell you. 🫶🏽
📊 Nearly 1 in 5 U.S. adults experiences a mental health condition each year, and anxiety disorders affect over 42 million adults in America alone. Depression also impacts millions, with about 1 in 5 adults reporting they’ve been diagnosed with depression at some point in their lives.
Healing doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed, asking for help, setting boundaries, or simply making it through the day.
This month — and every month — check on your people, speak kindly to yourself, and remember: struggling does not make you weak. Seeking support is strength. 💚
