Another busy week for the Havner crew — and three beautiful hardwood transformations worth showing off.

🔹 1. Sanding & Leveling (Livonia)

We took a 1960s red oak floor with waves, high spots, and deep scratches and gave it a full three-stage sanding.
The final pass left it glass-smooth and perfectly level, ready for stain and finish.

🔹 2. Full Refinishing (Royal Oak)

These original floors were fading, dull, and turning gray from years of foot traffic.
We repaired pet damage, filled gaps, applied a custom stain blend, and topped it with a commercial-grade waterborne finish.

The homeowner couldn’t believe it was the same floor.

🔹 3. New Installation (Birmingham)

We installed a brand-new white oak floor, straight-lined into the existing rooms for a seamless look.
Tight lines, zero gaps, perfect transitions — craftsmanship the big box installers will never match.
