Recently, a man who attended the Shelby Township Art Fair, called to ask if I could make 4 arrangements for his wife’s cemetery crypt ~ one for each season. He’d had a couple designed by a well-know professional florist, but they were kind of basic. It was such a special project, because you could tell how much he loved and missed her. It totally made my day that he LOVED them all and even wants me to “bling up” the fresh grave blankets for his parents’ graves this Christmas.
So touched.🥰

I love corner swags. They’re so unique and unexpected. Using the same ribbon that’s in a wreath or garland pulls a room together. And of course … my new obsession, glamorous velvet bling balls. 😍

Garlands are always a win, but this one is also a “wow!” I had such fun making the ‘blingy’ fabric balls and jewel-tone velvet pumpkins ~ and the double layer bow with gorgeous ribbon makes a great focal point.
