Fresh flowers, handmade bags, candles, vessels and plants I have been quietly obsessing over for months. It is a small space filled with things I truly love and I cannot wait to share it with you.

We are welcoming botanical artist and teacher Cara Cummings () to Flower Shop for an evening of sketching and watercolor. Cara has spent years teaching art with a focus on slowing down and observing. That is exactly the kind of evening this will be.

The details:
- Price includes three fresh bouquets to enjoy all summer long
- First Friday of each month: June 5, July 3, August 7
- Pickup in-store only at J. Costello Designs (806 N Main St. Royal Oak, MI 48067)
- All sales are final. Pickup dates are fixed and cannot be rescheduled. Missed pickups are not eligible for replacement or rescheduling. The 3 month subscription is only $100! Our trip included an inspiring 24 hours in NYC being inspired by John Derian, the high line and boutique flower shops. The plants are watered and in place thanks to and my Mom. Let me introduce the OG’s. The women who paved the way for me to become a floral designer, the women who ran their own flower shops collectively for over 75 years. The smell of the flower shop is a deep childhood memory. So now, as my own flower shop is close to opening, I introduce a collection of designs, the “Alma” and the “Franny” just in time for Mother’s Day and filled with the juiciest spring and early summer blooms.
