Teaching the Real Estate Staging Association Staging To Sell, What Every Agent Should Know Realtor CE class is my favorite way to spread the importance of strategic marketing in real estate.

Went down to Sunnyvale, Texas to preview this timeless David Weekly home that will be staged next week.

A Preview is always part of the process before staging a vacant house. Its necessary to ensure the scale, colors, and all built-in architectural features are captured and planned for accordingly before my team and I ever bring one piece of staging into the house. 🪑🛏

Also, I look for other things, such as matching light bulbs, as well as, noting any bulbs that may need a color change, damaged walls or floors, etc AND above all... ensuring that the house is clean or that it will be clean upon arrival with no other service providers in the house!🫧🧼🪣 No one wants to stage a dirty house and no buyer wants to buy a dirty house! 🧐 This one will be spotless! ✨️

Just three years ago, Keep It Simple Staging & Design was launched with a vision to help sellers, Realtors, and homeowners navigate one of life's biggest transitions with confidence and clarity. Since then, I've had the privilege of:
