2023 🥀 The year that taught me I can’t quit flowers.
Business changes, motivation wanes, priorities evolve, direction gets blurry, goals shift. The search for clarity becomes an internal one rather than seeking answers outside yourself. This year forced me to step back in order to get in touch. In no way was I graceful in this process, or did I reach December 31st with all the answers tied up in bows. Following a passion is not a straight trajectory. Sometimes authenticity is not an act of doing but of undoing. Clean off the layers that have built up that we don’t need anymore. To everyone with a passion; whether you are forging a career from it or not, it is worth it to continue. Hang on as it shifts and reforms, and be easy (as much as you can) as it does. It is only natural for the “end goal” to be unclear at times. The purpose behind our passions come in and out of focus. Welcome 2024, let’s see what comes into view.
