I’m so excited. My first ever sourdough bread. Fresh from the oven. I’m hopeful but we shall see when it cools and I cut it.
It’s been a journey to say the least. It has probably been 6-8 that I’ve been working on my starter. And yes, I started fresh a time or two. A couple things on this one, I think I might have not used enough water for the dough and the bottom is borderline burnt but overall I’m excited. A picture when I cut it.
