From Sacramento to Roseville & Elk Grove ‼️ A Busy & Blessed Saturday! 🙏🏼❤️

Another busy day for Aileen’s Delish Catering & Event Services! 🚗🍽️❤️

Our team was on the move today, bringing delicious food and beautiful buffet setups to celebrations in Roseville and Elk Grove!

Lots of preparation, hard work, and teamwork behind every event, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🥰

A big thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us to be part of their special celebrations. We’re truly grateful for every opportunity to serve!

Different cities, different celebrations, but the same love and dedication in everything we do! ❤️

I’m honestly getting tired of my business being compared to food vendors or caterers who don’t carry the same permits, licenses, insurance, kitchen requirements, and other expenses that legitimate businesses have to maintain.

And what makes it even more frustrating is that my pricing is actually very affordable compared to many other licensed and permitted caterers. I’ve always tried to keep my prices reasonable while still doing everything properly and legally.

SO YES, IT’S UPSETTING WHEN PEOPLE BADMOUTH OUR BUSINESS OR QUESTION MY PRICING WHILE COMPARING ME TO SOMEONE WHO MAY NOT EVEN HAVE THE SAME OPERATING EXPENSES OR REQUIREMENTS. IT AFFECTS MY REPUTATION, AND IT CAN HURT MY SALES.

Sometimes it really makes me think, “Should I just start reporting everybody then?” 😅 But that’s not who I am. I’m not trying to bring anyone’s business down. I’m simply asking people to stop bringing mine down.

Support whoever you want to support. Just don’t discredit the hard work of another small business to do it. There’s room for all of us anyways. ❤️

A little look at what came out of our kitchen today.

Freshly prepared, cooked with love, and made especially for today’s orders. Every time I get in the kitchen, I’m reminded how much I truly enjoy what I do. 🥰❤️

To everyone who continues to choose Aileen’s Delish for your gatherings and special moments, thank you for your trust and support. Every order means so much to our small family business. 🙏🏼❤️

Another day, another opportunity to share our food with your table. 😊😍
