Been in business 26 years and never organized an estate sale . But...... this person once worked here and we were tasked to sell his house contents . The house is in Land Park . So, this Saturday ( 13th June) we will have an open house from 8am until 2pm .
Huge amount of items, furniture ( some free) , china, glass, decorative objects, kitchen odds and ends , pictures , garden pots and tools etc etc . All priced to sell quickly and over 50% of the contents are not priced as they have a flat fee of just $1 each No haggling required. Bring cash and friends .
