🔥 A NEW CHAPTER FOR BEN’S BARREL CREATIONS 🥃🪵

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided it’s time for Ben’s Barrel Creations to take a new direction.

The market for barrel furniture and décor has become increasingly saturated, demand has changed, and a few big opportunities we were pursuing didn’t work out. Rather than continuing to spread ourselves thin, we’re going to focus on what our customers have already shown us they love.

🔥 Bourbon Barrel Smoking Chunks are our #1 selling product — so we’re going to lean into it!

There’s something pretty special about these chunks. One of our favorite parts of doing this is seeing the look on a customer’s face when they open that bag and get the first whiff of that bourbon-saturated barrel wood.

That smell is priceless. 🥃🔥

And we want to bring more of that experience to our customers.

Going forward, our primary focus will be creating unique smoking products from reclaimed bourbon barrels, including:

🥩 Bourbon Barrel Smoking Chunks – our #1 seller

🔥 Smoking Chips – smaller pieces for grills, smokers, and shorter cooks

🍸 Finely Ground Barrel Wood – designed specifically for smoking cocktails

🪵 CUSTOM BARREL PRODUCTS — NOW ORDER ONLY

We’ll still make custom barrel products, but we will no longer keep a large inventory of finished pieces. Custom products will be made on an order-only basis.

For custom and order-only projects:

💰 50% deposit is required when the order is placed.
🔨 We’ll build your piece once the order is confirmed.
📦 The remaining 50% is due when the item is completed and ready for pickup.

From an authentic bourbon barrel to a handcrafted piece of furniture—another project is coming to life at Ben's Barrel Creations!
This bourbon barrel is being transformed into a rustic barrel end table, perfect for your living room, man cave, bourbon room, cabin, or covered patio. Each table is handcrafted from reclaimed white oak bourbon barrels, making every piece one of a kind with its own unique character and history.

This one is still a work in progress, but I can't wait to show you the finished product!
