**Everything is gone! And I’ve pulled pumpkins in as well. There will be more pumpkins in about a week, but that’s it for fresh flower season. Thank you!!**

Timing is everything 😉 And in this case it’s a bonus for anyone who can make it to the flower porch tomorrow (Wednesday). Out on the flower porch by 7am:

* 2 large black buckets full of dahlia stems that will be FREE! These were harvested Saturday so still several days of vase life left, and I can’t bear to just toss them in the yard waste bins. So grab a few to enjoy and some to share with friends 😊

* Any vase arrangements that didn’t sell today (or get knocked over by the wind this afternoon) will also be free🎉🎉

* At least a dozen pretty pumpkins are still left from the market. Not free but incredibly long lasting and worth the cost 🎃

* And then there is tonight’s harvest (pictured) Of course I would have the most blooms right before I leave the country 😂 There is a wide range of bloom sizes, but I don’t have time to separate out price per size so every stem is only $.50 a piece 🤯 The window of opportunity for this deal is really short though…at 4pm they have to go away. So make plans now to get to the Flower Porch tomorrow!

The final hurrah🎉 and a heartfelt thank you❤️

All last-market-of-the-season leftovers are out this morning...so many beautiful dahlias to enjoy in the final days of the growing season! Fresh flowers are already price reduced. I will harvest one last time this afternoon for a few more bunches and arrangements tomorrow (Wednesday), but then this tired part-time flower farmer florist is done with fresh flowers for 2026! There will be more opportunities to grab pretty pumpkins and a few other dried flower creations in the near future so stayed tuned for that 😊

Thank you so much to my faithful flower friends for another great season! It was challenging in so many ways, but you showed up to make the effort worth it 💪 There is no easy money in flower farming, and I certainly don't do it because the profits are sizeable. But I wanted to share a very sincere thank you for supporting a local crazy flower lady with your purchases. This little bit of extra income has given me the opportunity to indulge in another of my favorite things: traveling. As a college senior 32 years ago (back when travelers cheques were still a thing!) I boarded a plane for the first time to fly across the ocean and spent a semester studying in and exploring London (last picture is of 21-year-old me with one of the lions in Trafalgar Square 🦁). I am going back for the first time since then and taking my daughters with me 💕 We leave tomorrow evening, and I am so very, very excited! So thank you for making that possible with your continued purchases of these beautiful flowers.

Pretty pumpkins won't be back on the porch until the middle of next week as I will be a little preoccupied 😉 ✈️🧳 Have a fantastic week!

Tomorrow is the last Thomas Township Farmers Market of the season!! Trunk or Treat fun in addition to all your favorite vendors plus an absolutely beautiful summer-like day ☀️🍂🎃💕 It really is THE party you want to be at tomorrow 🎉🎉

And thanks to continued frost-free nights, the dahlias are still going 😍 I’m bringing lots of dahlia bunches and arrangements, plus the sweetest little hobnail vases with mini dahlia blooms for only $5 each.

Happy Friday!!

There are a few fresh flower options out on the porch this morning: 1 lovely pink/orange/burgundy arrangement with grasses and several dahlia bunches that I kept at the $10 price because I didn’t have time to wrap them in paper before leaving for school this morning. Several pretty pumpkin options are also out, with a new batch coming tomorrow morning 💕🍂🎃🧡

Tuesday’s Market Leftover Porch is FULL of lots of seasonal beauty 🧡🍂💕 Vase and jar arrangements, 5 remaining dahlia bunches reduced to $10 each and pretty pumpkins in various sizes 🎃

And there’s a good chance the dahlias are still going 😍 so the beauty will still continue blooming!

Finally!! Dahlias in abundance at the Thomas Township Farmers Market today 💗🍂🎉🥰 They struggled with heat and pests and lack of consistent moisture so my plants are waaay behind, but I finally have enough to offer bunches of just dahlias, in addition to mixed bouquets and vase arrangements. Plus more pretty pumpkins with the sweetest little dried flora features 🧡🌻🌸

What looked last week like a fresh flower season-ending hard frost tonight is now just a patchy frost prediction 🎉 There is a decent chance of MORE beautiful dahlias to come! Flower field check won’t happen until Wednesday morning so stay tuned…🤞🏻

The first Saturday in October is a beauty, and the porch flowers and pretty pumpkins are perfect for a weekend hostess gift or a delightful compliment to your fall decor 💕🍂🧡

The last of the dahlias will only be available for a few more days!

It still looks like frost hits Monday night so the last dahlia harvest will be this weekend!

This is likely the last week for fresh flowers this season! A hard frost is predicted for early next week ❄️ so grab them while you can 😊 A couple of vase arrangements and a few wrapped bunches are available on the porch this morning. There is also a large selection of dried flower pretty pumpkins to keep the floral beauty going beyond the end of the growing season 🍂 Enjoy this beautiful sunny September day!!
