Hello everyone!
As we start this beautiful new year, we thought it would be the perfect time to re-introduce ourselves.
We are Karl and Brenda Baird and we are the owners and operators of vacation rental properties in the oldest city in the Nation, St Augustine, FL and in Crescent Beach, FL. We love hosting people and if you know us personally, you might already know this since it is a practice we apply also in our own home. We have put a lot of love into each of properties and it is a delight to hear how our guests enjoy a worry-free visit to our beautiful town and beaches.
We are also the owners of an interior design + decor business in which we strive to translate customers’ needs and wants into simple-to-follow plans, that lead to successful implementation of changes in your home or office.

This year is bringing a new and exciting adventure for us, as we embrace owning a small commercial space here in the heart of St Augustine, FL. This has been a dream of Brenda’s since 2014 and we are thrilled to see what God will do with this space. The property is located in the uptown area of Saint Augustine, off San Marco, and we can’t wait to partner up with other local small businesses and community in general. More to come in this in the next few months. Lots of prayer, hope, disappointment and “starting over” happened in the 9 years in between, but God! HE knows better.
We love living and serving this beautiful “first coast” - we consider it a privilege and a blessing.
