They called us out because their floor felt soft and squishy underfoot. After removing the existing flooring, we discovered that a previous subfloor repair had not been properly installed or secured to the floor joists, which caused the movement and instability.

Our team removed the failed repair, installed the new subfloor the right way, poured self-leveling compound to create a perfectly flat foundation, and finished the project by installing beautiful new luxury vinyl plank flooring.

We want to extend a huge thank you to the Copeland family for trusting us with their home renovation project. It was a pleasure helping bring new life to their space.

Our team removed the existing ceramic tile flooring and installed brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the home, creating a fresh, modern look that’s both durable and beautiful. To complete the upgrade, we also installed new 6-inch baseboards and upgraded the door casings to elegant 3-inch trim, giving every room a clean, finished appearance.
