Frequently asked questions/comments
1. Please keep all messages, comments and questions in English. Google translate can only do so much and isn't always the best.
2. Size, dimensions, and all pictures available are in the listing and listing description. There isn't much information that can be provided or pictures outside of that. There are no custom orders, these are pre-made as is. What you see is what you will get.
3. Unfortunately, at times due to being out of stock thee may be orders canceled and refunded. If that's the case a message will typically go informing this. (please check you email as well)
4. Prices are firm and non-negotiable, along with shipping prices as well.
The only exception is if you intend on buying in bulk, as in 5 items/units or more a 5% discount can be applied towards the total.
5. Ratings, reviews, and feedback are always welcome and appreciated. If you have a problem with your order, want a return or refund please send a message.
6. Orders will be updated typically with tracking number within 1-2 days
7. Please keep all communication civil, and relevant questions about an item or an ongoing order.
8. All products aside from a few, are shipped or mailed, I don't you payment information, cell phones or address. If shipping isn't available it likely is an error and please send a message about it.
9. If you need help with buying/purchasing on Facebook marketplace please refer to this: https://www.facebook.com/help/1723922281209915 You need payment information available (PayPal or Bank Account) as well as the address entered.
10. All orders are shipped out within 1-3 days and tracking will typically be updated within that time frame as well. If there is any issue with the order you will be contacted.
Typically orders aren't accepted outside of Facebook Marketplace such as cashapp, paypal and etc.
