Honey harvest is done, both hives have been condensed back to double-deckers. Our hives were placed new in May, and the apiarist has estimated they have yielded approximately 100 lbs of honey. They are loving their home at the edge of our gardens. Look for small honey pots in the store soon. So exciting.

Did our first harvest of prairie sage this morning. It doesn't look like we we'll have as much this year. We're in the process of bundling it for smudging, we'll see what the end count is. If we finally get a bit of cooler, dry, less humid weather, we may get a second harvest. 🙏
