Some people want success fast. Mike watched most of them quit before they found out it doesn't work that way.

He said the biggest misconception about this job is thinking hard work alone is the fast lane. It's not, because the reps who actually make it are the ones who go through the process instead of around it: patient with the timeline, grateful for the small wins, playing a longer game than everyone else on the doors.

Tammy came over from operations. No door-knocking background, no script memorized, just a willingness to hear "no" a few hundred times and find out what was on the other side of it.

The commission scale is good. It's also not the point.

"You get paid handsomely for doing your own work," Tyrel says. "But truly, the structure is set up in such a way that the more you grow, the better that you'll do."

He's been in sales long enough to call JKR's structure unlike anything he's seen. The part people miss is that it takes habits, and it takes an end goal that isn't just your own number.
