We just did this Johnson cabin over on Washington, the slab had cracks in it and had dropped in areas about 2-3 inches. We filled the cracks with sand, then primed the floor and poured it with a self leveling that can go from 1/8 of a inch up to 3 inches in one pour, we then installed a vinyl plank over that.. we did this the week of April 25 2025
