Most people only see the greenhouse when it’s full of color and ready for spring…but they don’t see the months of work behind it.

Truthfully, greenhouse season starts for Alex back in the fall with planning, ordering, and mapping everything out. Then all winter long he’s tweaking, adjusting, and getting things juuuust right before a single plant even hits the benches.

For the last 2+ months, he’s been putting in 10–12 hour days to get every plant to its peak of perfection. There were nights in April he was out there wearing a headlamp just to keep up with everything that needed done!!!🌱💡

The amount of care, patience, and hard work that goes into growing quality plants is no joke, and honestly, nobody works harder for this place than he does.

Greenhouse season is finally here, and we can’t wait for you to see what all those late nights turned into!!! 🌸

Almost time for weekly giveaways!!! Who's ready!??? We plan on not only doing baskets this year, but switching it up to annuals, containers, veggies, even shrubs and perennials. Keep your eyes peeled for when we announce them. Plan on doing one every week through June.

Quick breakdown of what we have left in the greenhouses..........
• basically everything! We restocked some really cool perennials from Proven Winners along with some gorgeous thrillers for your containers! Man they look stunning.
• every size basket still available
•tons a veggies! I mean tons of every kind of veggie and herb you can imagine!
• full selection of perennials and shrubs
• very large selection of flats as well; marigolds, impatiens, begonias, snapdragons, dusty miller, cosmos, zinnia, etc etc! Even have morning glory's and nasturtiums left!
• big price cuts on empty containers and ceramics
• proven winners aqua pot lites series for very affordable and attractive self watering planters.

Couple busy days ahead before we start that, but we will keep everyone posted. Our Flowers after Hours is happening this week, then the hospital geranium sale. On top of that our planting teams are hanging Mackinac islands baskets along with planting up several businesses and properties!!

The greenhouse is open everyday save for Sunday, so feel free to swing in! If you are traveling from somewhere and it's after hours just get ahold of me (Alex) and I can help you out!

If you spend any time with any of our staff please be patient with them, they've been working very long hours trying to keep up with everything going on! Our whole staff have been rockstars across the board, and we are so very lucky to have the staff we do!! We simply couldn't provide the services we offer without each and every one of them, and they all truly love there jobs and seeing all of you come in. Judy and Kenny are always willing to drop anything to walk and talk with customers, while Brett and Kevin have been non stop planning out all the logistics for our business contract plantings. So glad the weather is cooperating as well! We have a ton of baskets outside hanging, and hanging out in the greenhouses! Make sure you ask if you don't see what you are after, chances are we have it stashed in a greenhouse and just haven't gotten outside to a bench yet!
