Whew. Me and social media have not been besties lately. I'm still here. I'm just keeping my peace. My etsy shop is always open, with or without my IG posts.

I'm way over due for another project update. My green and red shelf is as far as I can go. I'm running out of space.
I really misjudged my fabric collection overall. I thought I would get my red, green and Christmas fabric folded on one shelf. As you can see, the Christmas fabric is not included.......

This project is a slooooow work in progress now that winter break is over. I know it will be worth the time and effort.

Crafty overhaul update.
My whole studio has exploded! But I have a few results to share. Shelf unit one is almost filled.
My stash was already color coded into good piles on my old shelf. This has made it easy to grab a pile and start bolting. I do not need to organize my colors. I just spend too many hours getting through said piles the way they were stored. The layers had layers.

Spring colors done. Blacks, neutrals, solids, reds, greens, fall, Christmas and specialties to go. My first question was how long will this project take. I think the real question is how many shelving units will I need to build.

I'm beginning my news years project early. My fabric stash is not user friendly. I spend hours pulling out fabrics from my piles and losing smaller pieces I want to use.
My 2026 goal is to gain control of my studio space and be able to shop my own supplies again. The biggest culprit is my fabric. It is overflowing, and needs whipped into shape. Anyone want to take guess how long this 'little' project will take?
